Independent studio
Systems you own,
not platforms you rent.
Products and builds for organisations that would rather own their systems than rent them. Every engagement ends in handover — documentation, a training day, and every credential.
FutureGen Hotel Booking · Live
Rooms booked direct. No aggregator in the middle.
A booking engine for independent properties: your rooms, your rates and your guest list, taken on your own site rather than rented back from someone else's.
- No commission on a booking and no per-booking fee — the bill does not move when you have a good month.
- A room sells on your page or it is held for an OTA, never both, so it cannot be sold twice.
- The first four rooms are free, then €3 a room each month.

FutureGen Agent · Live
Answers from your pages. Cited, or refused.
An agent grounded in content you own. It answers from your pages, shows the one it answered from, and says plainly when there is nothing to answer with.
- Every answer carries the page it came from, so anything it says can be checked.
- Asked something outside your content, it refuses rather than inventing an answer.
- Installed with one script tag, wearing your site's own accent colour.

What you actually get
Six reasons teams choose
Future Gen Studio
Handover, always
Every engagement ends the same way: documentation, a training day, and every credential handed over.
Grounded, or it refuses
Our AI answers only from content you own, cites the page it came from, and says so when there is no evidence.
Nothing you cannot leave
No proprietary platform you can only exit by rebuilding. The stack is yours from the first commit.
Problem first, stack second
We start with where the journey actually breaks, then build the smallest thing that fixes it.
Shipped in the open
Products are labelled by their real state — live, in build, pilot — rather than by whichever word sells best.
Scopes you can read
A written plan and a clear scope before the build starts, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
FAQ
Two things, for organisations that would rather own their systems than rent them: websites and applications, and AI products grounded in content you own. We also run two products of our own — FutureGen Agent and FutureGen Hotel Booking — and label each by its real state.
Every engagement ends in handover: documentation, a training day, and every credential. Repository, hosting, domain and analytics live in your accounts, and there is no proprietary platform you could only leave by rebuilding. You can hand the work to another studio without starting again.
A marketing or editorial site is usually four to seven weeks; a booking or commerce flow six to twelve; taking over an existing build is a day rate, because the first job is finding out what is there. Scope comes first either way, and ends in a written document with dates and a fixed price.
It answers only from content you control, cites the page it answered from, and refuses when there is no supporting source — a state we design before the happy path. Every answer and every refusal in your own question set is reviewed by you before anything goes live.
Usually, and usually without a full rebuild. A CMS only the original agency can touch, a custom build with no documentation, or an AI agent someone else shipped are all normal starting points.
Tell us what you are building. It reaches the people who would do the work — there is no sales layer in between, and no separate contact page: every “Start a conversation” on the site opens the same enquiry form.
