Pricing
FutureGen Agent,
per response, not per seat
Your whole team can read the logs. Charging by the head for that would make the honest thing expensive.
Free
Enough to see it working on your own site.
Starter
A small site with steady traffic.
Growth
A busy site, or several pages worth answering about.
Pro
High traffic, or heavier models on every reply.
Scale
Past 3,750 a month, or limits that stop applying.

Bought on top of a paid plan and used only once the month's included responses run out. They never expire. A single top-up cannot exceed your plan's monthly allowance.

FutureGen Hotel Booking,
by the room, the first four free
To get started
€199once
Setting the property up: room types, photographs, descriptions, rates, the booking button on your site, and a test booking through it before it goes live.
Then, every month
€3per room
The first 4 rooms are free and stay free, so a property of 4 or fewer pays nothing monthly at all. Above that there is a €15 a month minimum, which the per-room price overtakes at 9 rooms.

- No commission on a booking, and no per-booking fee. The bill does not move when you have a good month.
- Priced on rooms you are selling here. Hand a room to an OTA and it stops counting.
- Card fees and VAT are settled at checkout, in whichever currency it charges.

Custom development,
a fixed price before we build
Websites, applications and AI products built for you. Priced after a scope week, in writing.
First
A one-week scope
A week of reading what exists: analytics, support tickets, the CMS your editors avoid. It ends in a written scope with dates and a fixed price, and you approve the shape before anyone builds.
Typical length
Four to twelve weeks
A marketing or editorial site is usually four to seven weeks. A booking or commerce flow is six to twelve.
Taking over a build
A day rate
An existing build is quoted by the day, because the first job is finding out what is actually there.
Always included
Handover
Documentation, a training day and every credential. The repository, hosting, domain and analytics live in your accounts.
How the work runs, step by step, is on web development and AI development.
FAQ
Because the price depends on what is there and what it has to become, and we would rather find out than guess. The scope week ends in a written fixed price with dates. If something changes mid-build, that piece is re-scoped in writing rather than absorbed quietly and billed for later.
No commission on a booking and no per-booking fee. You pay once to set the property up, then a price per room each month above the first four, which stay free. The bill does not move when you have a good month.
Buy a top-up, or move up a plan. Bought on top of a paid plan and used only once the month's included responses run out. They never expire. A single top-up cannot exceed your plan's monthly allowance.
FutureGen Agent is listed in US dollars. FutureGen Hotel Booking has a euro and a dollar list price, each chosen to be round in its own currency rather than converted from the other.
On FutureGen Agent, your index and your transcripts leave with you. On custom work, everything already lives in your accounts — repository, hosting, domain and analytics — so you can hand it to another studio without starting again.
